Tray and Ice Bucket produced by Gucci, Italy, 1970s. Showcasing Gucci’s iconic Flora motif - designed in 1966 by Italian artist and illustrator Vittorio Accornero de Testa for Princess Grace of Monaco, the pattern went on to become one of the house’s most celebrated and enduring designs. The ice bucket features the Flora print encased in clear lucite, fitted with a plated metal lid topped by Gucci’s signature horsebit handle. The matching tray is framed in plated metal with inset handholds and softly rounded edges, and presents an expanded version of the Flora design protected beneath a smooth lucite surface. The underside of the tray is finished in walnut wood.
